Shipping Options & Delivery Costs:
There is no shipping outside the US.
Pre-made Adornments
Orders placed are shipped within 5 days of purchase. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Made to Order (MTO) Adornments
Made to order adornments will be shipped within 5 days of completion. An email will be sent to you with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship boxes to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We are not taking international orders currently.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your item (with in reason), you are eligible to receive one remake of the same item within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted once payment has been completed.
Made to Order (MTO) Request
Currently, what is posted on the website is what is available at the time of purchase. If there is a specific color / style that you wish to have that is not shown, please utilize the contact button below to discuss your options. Upon payment receipt, your adornment will be created and shipped. If supplies must be ordered to complete your adornment, you will be notified.

Frequently asked questions
What size bracelets are pre-made?
Bracelet sizes are included in the description of each pre-made bracelet (7 inches for women, 8 inches for men). If you need a size that is not displayed, please contact us to discuss the size needed.
How long do made to orders (MTO) take?
If all the supplies are in stock, custom items are completed upon approval from the customer and shipped within 72 business hours of approval. If supplies must be ordered to fulfil your order, you will be notified and updated regularly on the status of your order.
